, Inc. ("DHG") was formed as the umbrella company for all DuneBerry, eLIVE Omni and related enterprises.  DHG is the the executive and administrative entity for all DuneBerry Resort Wear Franchises, and provides all centralized core services for Franchisee's.

Currently a private company (in its 12th successful year of operation) DHG provides for a unique, fun and happy-place shopping experience in upscale multigenerational “Family” Resort Wear, under our brand name “DuneBerry Resort Wear” … DuneBerry (Women’s), Dune Dude (Men’s), Dune Bears (Children’s).  Our use of the “Dune” name was both driven by our love for the now internationally famous Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore; and in creating somewhat nonsensical, whimsical and fun name for our Women’s, Men’s & Children’s Resort Wear boutiques.  As children, we looked forward to going to the Sand Dunes on the Northwest Lake Michigan shoreline every summer – ahhh… the fun and carefree “Dune Life” - where the windswept sand meets the blue water and blue sky!  We hope you will enjoy our celebration of what’s fun and special about Dune Life & Resort Living and what we know will be a very special experience for you and your friends in our classic, preppy and sophisticated women’s, men’s & children’s resort wear (gifts & accessories) boutiques - DuneBerry Resort Wear.

Dune Holdings Group, has identified a number of opportunities for expanding their business: 1. Expand “DuneBerry Resort Wear” Stores as a Franchise into other communities – (currently operating in Pinehurst, NC); 2. Launch a Private Label “DuneBerry Brand” clothing and gifts, wholesale to other like apparel stores (in development); 3. Complete the roll-out of our industry disruptive service/technology for the fashion apparel industry (eShop LIVE) currently in BETA (http://eLiveOmni.com) as well as our other retail technology products and services.

We are currently conducting a Stage 2 capitalization to meet our objectives above.
